Hi All,

My name is Janice Morris. I now live in Joliet and I am new to real estate investing. I have read several books to become more knowledgable about real estate investing and even joined GA REIA before I left Atlanta GA to learn more but wasn't ready to take the next step. Now I am.

The name of my company is Meti Real Estate Investments and I want to begin my investing career wholesaling in the Will and southern Cook county areas and later progress to rehabing/green-habing, multi-family rentals and owning commercial properties. I would love to meet you all to share, learn and hopefully help each other reach our goals.

I will be at the meeting tonight and I look forward to working with you in the future.
