WCRT Vendor Policies. All Vendors must also be WCRT Members in good standing. By
purchasing a sponsor table or ad you agree to the terms and conditions listed:
1) WCRT encourages cooperation and collaboration with other real estate investment organizations. Advertisers, sponsors and members may promote other events through the WCRT, provided these events do not directly compete with the WCRT or occur at the same day / time as a WCRT sponsored meeting or event.
2) WCRT has established and reserves the right to protect its reputation for providing access to reputable and trustworthy business partners. WCRT reserves the right to cancel memberships, deny sponsorship and/or otherwise restrict access to any member, sponsor or affiliate if there are concerns or complaints regarding their business practices.
3) WCRT is committed to protecting its brand,
therefore any person, business, or person affiliated with a business who
attempts to falsely represent itself as an affiliate of WCRT or otherwise
(intentionally or not) mislead people into believing they are doing
business with the WCRT or its approved affiliates, shall be prohibited
from doing business with or through the WCRT for an indefinite period of
time.
4) The WCRT is supportive of all of our vendors,
members and volunteers. To that end, the WCRT does not allow vendors to
collect contact information of meeting attendees for use in ways to
compete with the WCRT. Vendors that have collected contact information and
utilized it to communicate information about events conflicting with WCRT
events, will not be allowed as a vendor until such time as deemed fit by
the WCRT Director.
5) The WCRT requires
that its Vendors provide a satisfactory level of services to its members
in order to continue the privilege of being a WCRT Vendor.
6)Any and all advertising to WCRT members in whatever form is subject to
content approval by the WCRT staff or its designated agent(s). Advertising
materials that are found to be inappropriate or inconsistent with
the WCRT Mission and Vision will not be distributed to
members or guests by the Vendor.
7) Members may file a written complaint with the WCRT Staff if dissatisfied
with a Vendor’s products or services. The WCRT Staff will consult with the
Member and the Vendor and resolve the complaint with a
decision.
8) Vendor acknowledges that Vendor Member’s membership and all associated
rights and privileges are subject to cancellation by WCRT Staff without
any refund due to Vendor Member upon the occurrence of two (2) unresolved
complaints against Vendor Member or failure by Vendor Member to abide
by any of the above terms of this policy. A complaint shall be
considered unresolved if the Vendor has failed to comply with the decision
of the WCRT Staff for a period of thirty (30) days.
9) In consideration of the acceptance of Vendor Member’s membership
application, Vendor waives and releases any and all rights and claims
against WCRT, its officers, directors, members and speakers for any and
all damages resulting from participation in WCRT activities and/or from
utilization of information received at any function of WCRT.
At each WCRT meeting, any attendee may place
flyers on the deal/flyer tables at the rear of the
room. Flyers may be for deals and business opportunities ONLY.
1) No flyer may be placed to collect contact information from
meeting attendees. If you would like to collect information you may
purchase a vendor table and do so there. Reserve a Table here
2) No flyer may promote any event, club, training, workshop, seminar,
etc. Regardless of the date or time. The flyer tables are for deals and
business opportunities only.
3) Any flyers that are placed in violation of this policy will be
immediately removed and the individual responsible for placing the flyers
will be asked to leave the WCRT immediately. The WCRT reserves the right to place those in
violation of this policy on a restricted list for any period of time deemed necessary to
ensure the quality of the WCRT, its offerings, and its services to the WCRT Membership.
